Serving for 1 Person
Ingredient List:
8 ounces of finely diced ahi-tuna (yellow fin)
2 teaspoon of finely chopped shallots
2 finely chopped scallions
1 teaspoon of garlic paste sauce
1 ½ teaspoons of white soy sauce (shiro – shoyu)
½ teaspoon of sesame oil 
Baby shiso, mint, or cilantro for garnish
Mix together all the ingredients.
Transfer to white serving dish or 10 ounce of martini glass garnish with baby shiso or mint.
