Pizza Margarita

Ingredients for Pizza Margarita:
1 ready-to-use pizza dough
½ lb fresh mozzarella
1 ½ pounds crushed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves (minced)
5 to 6 fresh basil leaves (chopped)
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions for Pizza Margarita:
Prepare dough per package directions

Pre-heat oven to 500° F (30 minutes for baking sheet pan or 60 min for baking stone)

Stretch the dough into a paper thin crust to fit into the baking sheet or on a screen so you can slide it onto the baking stone

Add tomatoes, garlic, mozzarella cheese, and salt & pepper

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown

Sprinkle hot pizza with the parmesan cheese and finish with basil
