Hosted by BevArt and Executive Chef Sean Patrick Curry, at the Valentine’s Crush, Each couple will make their own 6-gallon vat of wine (25 to 30 bottles). Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir to Merlot can be made. Wine will be fermented at Bev Art/ Wild Blossom Winery cellar and monitored by our winemakers. A wine blending session will have couples blend a bottle of wine, label and dress the bottle to take home that evening. A grape stomp for couples with prizes for the best stompers will get the juices flowing. Also included are food offerings of Chef Curry's modern farm cuisine.
