Guests who celebrate Valentine's Day at Tuscany in Wheeling will enjoy a $75 per person prix fixe menu created by Executive Chef Bolla Loza, available on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14. It features an eight-ounce filet and a 10 to 12-ounce lobster tail served with asparagus and baked potato with all the fixings.
