In this class taught by Madelaine Bullwinkel, the resident chef at Alliance Francaise de Chicago, guests will be cooking up a big pot of Mr. Paul's Duck, Andouille and Oyster Gumbo for Mardi Gras using chef John Besh's book of "home cooked New Orleans Recipes." A rich and festive Mamma's Bread Pudding is also on the menu.
