Executive chef Wally Rouse augments the daily specials with New Orleans-inspired fare from Friday, February 5 through Tuesday, February 9 including selections such as Cajun Gumbo with housemade Andouille sausage, gulf shrimp, lump crab, spicy Cajun sauce and fresh okra; and a Spicy Fried Shrimp Po' Boy on toasted French bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and Sriracha mayo (prices vary). Big Easy drink deals include $6 Hurricane cocktails and $6 Abita Purple Haze and Abita Wrought Iron IPA drafts.
