In this candy making class, students will learn some of the basic candy-making techniques that will help them create delicious treats sure to impress friends and family. Students will learn to properly cook sugar, work with it at different stages and learn basic chocolate tempering. The menu includes nougat, rolled truffles, caramels and toffee. This class will be taught by Chicago pastry chef Kelly Dull.
