Chef Demo and Tasting: Holiday Cookies with Mindy Segal

Chicago chef Mindy Segal's book, "Cookie Love" serves as inspiration for this demo and tasting event. Segal shows participants how to make a number of holiday treats, including her famous Pistachio Shortbread and Fleur de Sel Shortbread and how to source and use vintage packaging for holiday gifts.
