Chef Michael Anthony celebrates the release of his new book "V is for Vegetables" at this event. He pairs up with The Publican's Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss for a special vegetable-focused a la carte menu. The menu highlights dishes from the cookbook, including Leeks with Tangerine and Pasilla Sauce, Cauliflower Curry, and Mushroom Hot Pot.
