Chef Chris Gawronski creates special Thanksgiving dishes such as his turkey sandwich ($18) with gravy, cranberry sauce, duck liver mousse and Swiss cheese; and his Thanksgiving soup ($12) made with turkey, yams, rich gravy and lots of seasonal vegetables. For dessert, pastry chef Kym DeLost creates a pumpkin pie trifle with brown butter and layers of bourbon whipped cream ($10). Wine lovers can check out wine director Jon McDaniel’s Black Friday Blank Bottles. McDaniel will offer an assortment of white and red wines for just $25 at Acanto and The Gage. Bottles are sans-labels and are valued up to $100! Once guests select their bottle he’ll tell them what they picked.
