The Langham offers at holiday feast Executive Chef Anthony Zamora collaborates with his team to present guests with an assortment of holiday-themed gourmet chef buffet stations. Guests indulge in holiday cravings like Herb Butter Whole Roasted Turkey with cranberry-apricot sauce and natural gravy; Rosemary Roasted New York Strip with béarnaise sauce and horseradish cream; Country Bread Stuffing with chestnuts and sage; and Sweet Potato Casserole with candied pecans. Bountiful seafood is offered, including chilled Alaskan Snow Crab, King Crab, oysters, jumbo shrimp, and more. Executive Pastry Chef Scott Green presents a dessert spread, showcasing a crêpe station, tarts, éclairs, petit fours, cakes, macaroons, cookies, and candies. The hotel offers guests a Bloody Mary Bar with mixologist selections of spirits, mixers, and garnishes as part of this holiday package.
