Red Door's Chef Troy was born in Iowa but spent 4 years stationed in Texas while serving in the Army. While there, he spent his Thanksgivings in South Texas where he learned to appreciate (and make) traditional Mexican food and Texas BBQ. This year's special prix fixe Thanksgiving menu incorporates Chef's favorite flavors from both cuisines.
