Being a Chef: Kitchen Basics - Cooking in Cast Iron for Thanksgiving

Alliance Française de Chicago teaches a class on cooking with cast iron. In the class both uncoated and enameled cast iron pots are put to the test with recipes for holiday entertaining: Braised Turkey Thighs with Peanuts, Skillet Cornbread, Roasted Root Vegetables, and Cranberry Apple Crumble.
