The menu consists of: 'Misto di Mare' paired with Polvanera Falanghina 2014; Orecchiette with broccoli and mustard flowers paired with Masseria Surani 'Heracles' Primitivo 2012; Grilled Lamb Saddle with fennel sausage and fennel gratin paired with Perrini Negroamaro 2011; Cassata Bianco paired with Foss Marai ‘Grillaia' sparkling wine.
