The Ritz Carlton Club hosts a Chicago Gourmets event with Evan Goldstein, who is a chef and author of "Wines of South America" which is a comprehensive guide to the wine of the entire continent.  He'll lead guests on a geographical journey across the continent, describing the wines, grapes, and regions.
