Philippine Cuisine: A Plateful of History

The many influences of Filipino cuisine will be discussed by Sarahlynn Pablo, writer for Filipino Kitchen at this event. Various Philippine rice dishes will also be served by chef Rob Menor. $5 for non-members, $3 for students. No charges apply for members of the Culinary Historians of Chicago and Kendal College students and faculty.
