Lunch with Emeril

Emeril Lagasse previews his new cookbook, "Essential Emeril: Favorite Recipes and Hard-Won Wisdom from My Life in the Kitchen" dedicated to his dear friend, Charlie Trotter, at a special intimate lunch with honorary Co-Chair Mayor Rahm Emanuel. The event includes a 4-course lunch featuring recipes from the new book, and Emeril entertains guests with stories of Charlie and how the two grew up together in the culinary world. Proceeds go to Charlie Trotter’s Culinary Education Foundation.
