Sushi Class

Ani Sushi + Japanese Kitchen hosts a sushi-making class. Chef Shin Matsuda leads an hour-long, hands on demonstration featuring a variety of maki and temaki preparations. Following the tutorial, participants enjoy a three course sushi dinner.
