Alliance Française de Chicago teaches on Provençal thin crust pizza with zucchini and St. Maure cheese, their version of pissaladière niçoise  includes thinly-sliced fennel, onions, anchovies, and black olives. Learn how to prepare pan-bagnat, a bread salad on a bun.

Please dress to work in the kitchen.
