Taus Authentic hosts a Wine Dinner with a menu prepared by Chef Michael Taus. Featured dishes include a scallop, korean shrimp pancake, with cauliflower and sweet chili vinaigrette as well as flat iron beef, chimichurri spice, radish-fennel slaw, and roasted fingerling potatoes for dinner. Finishing with a milk chocolate mousse terrine and turkish coffee ice cream for dessert.
