Guests start working with their pasta before it hits the water in this class that begins with just flour and water. They'll be working out of Thomas McNaughton's flour + water to create three exciting dishes from scratch. Guests will learn how to cook: Hand-Rolled Semolina Dough with arugula; arugula pappardelle with preserved lemon, summer squash and mint; and Celery Root Tortilla with Brown Butter, Balsamic and Walnuts.
