Moody Pig Roast

Michelin Bib Gourmand winner County Barbeque and Chef Michael Kornick are teaming up with Moody Tongue Brewery's head brewmaster (and former chef) Jared Rouben for a Sunday Funday BBQ on the County patio full of porky greatness, refreshing brews, and rockabilly music.
 The Asian-inspired pig roast features dishes including Cold Singapore style noodles, scallions, book choy, dry shrimp and sesame with the pork, and Korean pork tacos with leek Kimchi.
