Benefit for The Trotter Project at Taus Authentic

Taus Authentic hosts a benefit dinner and silent auction to assist The Trotter Project. This multi-course dinner is prepared by Chef Michael Taus of Taus Authentic, along with Executive Chef Chris Anderson of Michelin-starred Moto Restaurant, Executive Chef Michael Kornick of mk The Restaurant, and Executive Chef Jimmy Papadopolous of Bohemian House. The silent auction features fine dinners/drinks, exciting experiences/trips and notable gifts/libations donated by several of Chicago’s culinary leaders and industry friends.
