Mole de Mayo

The event’s centerpiece is its mole competition, pitting local chefs and restaurants against one another to find out whose Mexican staple is the best in Chicago. The outdoor festival features dishes from the city’s food vendors including, Nuevo Leon, De Colores, La Catrina Café and more. Admission is a suggested $5 donation that benefits the Eighteenth Street Development Corporation.
