Chef-owner Paul Fehribach of Big Jones and chef Johnny Anderes of The Kitchen Chicago are joined by five chefs to present the third annual Trash Fish Dinner. The family-style dinner starts with a cocktail hour and features eight courses. The event benefits Chefs Collaborative, a national network of chefs working to foster sustainable practices in restaurants.
