Ada Street’s Executive Chef Zoë Schor took the challenge to create a menu inspired by 6 unique regions of the world for a wine pairing dinner. Chef Schor’s menu reflects the adventurous nature of the wines themselves. Chicagoans can take the adventure and follow each wine home by tasting it with a paired dish specific to its region.
