Beginning Sunday, April 19 to Friday, April  24, The Bedford will offer a special 4-course dinner option in honor of Chicago Chef Week. Executive chef Michael Galen has selected some of The Bedford’s most popular dishes like lamb ragu, grilled octopus and arancini for his menu.
