Mon Ami Gabi hosts a 3-course how-to of signature seasonal dishes. Executive Chef Andrew Shedden guides the class through 3 recipes: Spring Pea Soup with Asparagus & Minted Crème Fraîche, Branzino with Parisienne Gnocchi & a Fennel Velouté, and Almond Meringue Cookies with Rhubarb Compote & Vanilla Ice Cream. Each course is paired with French wines. Also, guests receive a complimentary recipe booklet to recreate menu items.
