Chef Paul Fehribach offers his guests an extensive taste of Louisiana's Mardi Gras cuisine during Chicago's Restaurant Week January 30th to February 17th.
His dinner menu, which will be available every evening, features Big Easy favorites like Crawfish Etouffee, Alligator & Andouille Sauce Piquant, and of course the decadent Gateaux de Roix. Big Jones is extending restaurant week by an extra five days so patrons have lots of opportunities to savor the flavors of Mardi Gras.
