Chef Fred Despres welcomes Chef Shin Thompson of Furious Spoon, Bonsoiree, and Kabocha for a "Noodle Night" collaboration.  Chef Thompson prepares Beef Brisket Shoyu Ramen ($10) along with Cha-sui Miso Ramen ($10), while Chef Despres will feature Curry Spiced Stewed Clams and Vegetable Stir Fried Udon ($14).
