Seasonal Slam

Chef Tom Van Lente faces off against Chef Heather Terhune of Sable at TWO Restaurant.  Each chef presents 3 dishes and 3 paired cocktails. Editor of Plate Magazine, and Emcee for Seasonal Slam, Chandra Ram, chose blood oranges, sweet potatoes, and cauliflower as the ingredients for the competition. The dishes and cocktails will go head to head in this culinary battle with guests unaware of who is serving up each dish. Guests vote per course on the ingredient winner.
