This New Year’s Eve The Bristol offers a special menu prepared by Chef Chris Pandel which includes​ an assortment of savory and seasonal starters, followed by two pasta dishes for the table. For the main course, guests can choose between Cotechino Stuffed Porchetta, Scallops en Saor, Merquez Sausage with Octopus, Roast Chicken or Daube of Beef. The meal ends on a sweet note with Chocolate Torchon or Key Lime Cake.
