Highwood's City Hall Park turns into a mini Kringle Market, featuring pictures with Santa, S'more making, holiday caroling, gifts from The Silk Thumb, and Clucker's warm chicken chili. Attendees are encouraged to bring toys and non-perishable food donations for less fortunate families. The Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 4:30pm.
