World Sake Day

October 1 is World Sake Day (Nihonshu no Hi), a holiday created by the Japan Sake Brewers Association. Arami and Ani will celebrate by offering all dining guests a complimentary glass of their private label sake, Ichi No Torii, brewed exclusively for the restaurants by Omuraya Brewery in Shizuoka, Japan. The tokubetsu junmai sake is balanced, yet bold, with hints of hazelnut and cocoa, and is designed to pair perfectly with Arami and Ani's broad range of dishes.
