Moto restaurant's Executive Pastry Chef Claire Crenshaw hosts the evening, which features a reception and dinner created by local and visiting chefs and restaurateurs including Rohini Dey of Vermilion Chicago and New York; JBF Winner Chef Debbie Gold in Kansas City, Mo.; JBF Winner Chef Stephanie Izard; Chef Anistar Meffert of Crop Bistro and Bar in Cleveland; Michelin-starred Chef Iliana Regan of Elizabeth Restaurant; JBF Winner Mindy Segal of HotChocolate; and Master Sommelier Alpana Singh of The Boarding House.
Proceeds benefit the JBF's scholarship program for advancing women in the culinary industry.
