Rib-a-Que

The 7th annual Rib-a-Que Smoke Out contest, where chefs compete for the coveted Gilded Grill trophy and cash prizes.  In addition to the public, a panel of celebrity judges will sample from all the contestants and decide on the best recipes. Organizers anticipate over two tons of ribs, and up to 16 competitors. Tickets are $35 at the door, or $25 here.
