Green City Market Cookbook Dinner

Prairie Grass Cafe hosts a special dinner featuring guest chefs and recipies from the new Green City Market Cookbook, to coinincide with the official book launch.  The evening's menu includes Eggplant Caponata with Fennel and Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, Creamy Polenta with Braised Greens and Mushrooms, and more.
$65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.  Cookbooks $24.95.
