Big Jones and Julian Van Winkle at the Piggy Bank Dinner

Chef/Owner of Big Jones, Paul Fehribach hosts a Piggy Bank dinner benefiting the Southern Foodways Alliance.  The evening begins with a reception, followed by a 5-course dinner showcasing recipes and inspiration from Lettice Bryan's The Kentucky Housewife and The Foxfire Book of Appalachian Cookery, and paired with 5 whiskeys from Van Winkle and Buffalo Trace distilleries.
