Derby Day Soiree at III Forks

III Forks hosts a Derby Day party on their rooftop lounge.  Chef Billy Caruso features Kentucky Derby-themed specials such as: Rolled Oysters with Smoked Remoulade; Mini Hot Browns, Slow Roasted Whole Pig and more.  Drink specials include $4 Maker's Mark Mint Juleps and $4 Maker's Mark Derby's.  Guests can compete in the women's "Best Derby Hat" or men's "Best Shoes" contest for the chance to win a $100 III Forks gift card.
