Three Chicago chefs, Giuseppe Tentori (GT Fish & Oyster, Boka), Heather Terhune (Sable Kitchen & Bar, Top Chef Texas), and Tom Van Lente (TWO Restaurant) face-off in a friendly cooking competition to help raise money for the Scleroderma Foundation of Greater Chicago. Guests sip on beer and wine and taste the 3 chef creations.
