At the Slagel Family Farm, dinner is prepared and served by Guest Chef Nicole Pederson of Found Kitchen and Guest Chef John Asbaty of Panozzo's. Dinner is BYOB. Bus transportation to and from the farm is provided. The afternoon begins with a butchering demo and farm tour.
