The Chicago Reader's Key Ingredient Cook-Off
26 chefs go head-to-head using one of five ingredients. Chefs include Paul Virant, David Posey, Jared Wentworth, Phillip Foss, Chris Pandel, Matt Troost, and many more. Guests will sample the chef's creations, decide the winner, and enjoy libations from Chicago's City Winery, River North Beer, Tenzing, Four Roses, and Olmeca Altos.
