West Town PUP Crawl

Mahoney's Pub & Grille partners with three other West Town bars including Aberdeen Tap, G & O Tavern, The Matchbox to host the weekly yappy-hour called "West Town Pup Crawl." All participating bars will feature a food and drink special and plenty of fresh water for the pups, including an alcohol-free beer made just for dogs called Bowser Beer, at Mahoney’s.  From 6pm to 8pm, 15% of Mahoney’s Pub & Grille bar sales proceeds will benefit the featured animal rescue group of the week.

Lynfred Winemakers Andres Basso and Rodrigo Gonzalez host a wine boot camp. Activities include: fermentation tank maintenance, grape crushing, a chemistry panel, and blending session. Lunch with the winemakers follows the morning session, including the blended wines created during morning mission. Menu prepared by Lynfred Chef Celeste Pasag.

This 'Chopped' style cooking challenge pairs up company sponsored teams with Chicago's top chefs to prepare a menu item that fits the common dietary needs of cancer patients. Each team then presents their dish to a Tasting Panel of notable personalities and industry experts including Sam Toia, President & CEO of the Illinois Restaurant Association, Jacqui Wedewer, Producer of Check, Please!, and others.
