It Takes an Empire

Ingredients:

.75 oz Thyme-infused Banhez Mezcal
1 oz Sloe Gin
1 oz Golden Falernum
.5 oz Manzanilla Sherry
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Sprig of Thyme

In a shaker, combine mezcal, gin, falernum, sherry, and lemon juice. Shake. Strain over ice. Garnish with thyme.
